King Cnut
King Cnut is the patron saint of the Tornados. Not because we are trying and failing to hold back the tide of increasing age, decrepitude and mental instability – though there is that – but because we like his name. Just a shame his parents couldn’t spell properly. Still, it must be the Danish word for it.
